Returns and Refunds

 

Our promise

If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened. If in doubt, just ask.

 

How to start a return

Email us at support@vesselgoods.us with your order number and a quick note about the issue, and we will send you instructions from there.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. In most cases we will replace it or refund you in full with no return needed.
